Bdok1 Terms & Conditions — Full platform usage policy

Bdok1 (referred to as "the Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming service available to adult users in Bangladesh and other approved countries. These Terms & Conditions apply to the bdok1 website, mobile app, and all associated services.

Account Information Update

If your phone number, email address, or payment details change, notify bdok1's support team immediately. bdok1 will not be held responsible for any delayed or failed transactions resulting from outdated information.

All financial transactions on bdok1 are processed through fully secure, encrypted channels. Supported payment methods include:

• Rocket — Minimum deposit ৳500
• Bank Transfer — Minimum deposit BDT 1,000

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Once KYC verification is complete, withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 15 minutes.
• If verification is required, the process may take up to 24 hours.
• Bdok1 reserves the right to hold withdrawals if fraudulent activity is suspected.

The following rules must be observed when placing bets on bdok1:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless the match or event is cancelled.
• If a bet is placed at an incorrect odds due to a technical error, bdok1 reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a match is not completed within 36 hours of its scheduled start time, the bet will be considered void and the full stake will be returned to the account.
• Any involvement in match fixing or other fraudulent activity will result in the cancellation of all related bets and permanent closure of the account.

Live Betting

Odds in live betting change constantly. The odds in effect at the moment you click "Place Bet" are the ones that will apply. If a bet is placed at different odds due to network delays, bdok1 will do its best to find the most favorable resolution for that situation, though this cannot be guaranteed.

Maximum Bet Limits

Bdok1 sets maximum bet limits across various events and markets. These limits are clearly displayed next to each market. If a bet exceeds the limit, the system will automatically cap it at the maximum allowed amount.

Bdok1 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus offer is valid for a specific period. Any bonus that expires will be automatically cancelled.
• To receive a bonus, you must meet the specified wagering requirements (typically 5–20x the bonus amount).
• A bonus offer cannot be used more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly and may only be used for betting.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.

Welcome Bonus

Bdok1 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If registration is completed using false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• If an attempt is made to gain an advantage through bonus abuse or manipulation.
• If system vulnerabilities or errors are exploited to gain an unfair advantage.
• Suspected money laundering through the account.
• Threatening, abusing, or otherwise mistreating support staff.
• Using the platform while being underage.

Closed at user's request

To close your account, contact our support team directly. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before requesting closure. If you ever want to reactivate your account, you'll need to submit a request through support.
